PSY 378  Introduction to Group Therapy

In this course, students will explore the history and ethical guidelines of group therapy and delineate different types of therapy groups. The stage-theory of group development and group dynamics will be addressed. Practical tools in developing and leading therapy groups will be emphasized. Prerequisites: PSY 201  or equivalent. 4 crs.
