This course focuses on evidence-based solutions to managing people in organizations. It emphasizes the application of psychological principles to assessing and enhancing the effectiveness of individuals, groups and organizations. Topics include leadership and employee selection, performance management, organizational assessment, motivation and other human performance issues relevant to work.
