BUS 557  Project Management

Project management is an important component of many of today's most rewarding professions. This important discipline makes it possible to achieve organizational goals in a broad array of fields within the private and nonprofit sectors. This course provides students with a deep understanding of project management by introducing processes and behavioral and technical tools to effectively plan, manage and implement projects. In this course, students will be exposed to a range of applications and will have the opportunity to develop a project through several stages of implementation. Prerequisites: BUS 510 .
