BUS 544  Leadership & Ethical Decision Making

During this course, students will develop an understanding of the fundamentals of leadership from a theoretical, personal and practical perspective. Respected leaders possess a clear ethical framework for making decisions. They understand the legal requirements as well as the moral imperatives of modern management. This course introduces students to the fundamental principles of ethical decision making and their application to resolving issues and conflicts in the workplace. Prerequisites: BUS 510 . 4 crs.
