BUS 344  Creating Inclusive Trust Cultures

The ability to trust and be trusted generates a dynamic team culture that promotes innovative, breakthrough thinking. When a culture develops randomly, it is generally fear-based. This course will explore the competitive advantage of intentionally creating an organizational culture of trust. This is not a lecture course.
