BM 430  Business Law

Students explore a broad overview of how the legal system can protect vital business interests. The course addresses legal procedures for resolving conflicts, corporate law and partnerships, negotiation and transactions, and other current issues in business. Prerequisites: BM 301 .  5 crs.
